promoting our services.
scheduling grooming appointments entering client info into program handling busy phone lines in an upbeat and professional manner greeting and checking in and out our all clients and daycare guests in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources running dogs in and out of the facility during check in/check out maintaining electronic medical records, and basic computer work.
Receptionist's act as a pet advocate for Diamond in the RUFF, promoting products and services which are in the best interest of the pet, as well as educating clients on their importance and benefits.
Customer Care Specialist are the face of our practice and are the first impression our clients get.
The right person will:
love to smile and will make a good first impression on the phone and in person.
be a team player who loves animals and is not afraid to jump in and get things done.
